i stayed for several days in one of their renovated rooms, and the shower was REALLY excellent. i liked that the beds are comfy. The location was a HUGE plus, close to many things i wanted to visit.
The bar was very small and didn't had much to choose from. i even could not get a beer there one night. The breakfast wasn't great. The scrambled eggs tasted like processed. i also noticed SOME noise from other rooms.

the hotel location was amazing giving easy access! the staff was courteous and helpful. the rooftop had a pool and bar. exploring the gothic quarter and las ramblas was very convenient.
the room i had was a bit old, it needed maintenance. the bed was noisy with every movement, the mattress was very thin. it really needs refurbishment, though i still enjoyed my time.

the location was great near the main plaza. public transportation was also easily accessible. i found several excellent restaurants nearby, offering diverse cuisines.
The sunbeds by the rooftop pool needed replacement. They were quite uncomfortable. this made relaxation by the pool less enjoyable. i hope they address it soon.

The staff was helpful and kind. the receptionists were available at all times. they readily answered questions. the service was consistent and efficient overall. I noticed that everyone was very committed.
